Finca for sale in Vilaflor

Estate in Vilaflor (near the trevejos area) of 50,000m2 with production + subsidy and project approved by the council for the construction of more than 1500m2 of warehouse, visitor center, Bodega or restaurant. The grape subsidy is over 3500€ per year. The grapevines are not yet producing 100% (usually given at 3 or 4 years) the vines are currently 3 years old, so next year it would start producing. The owner has made a small production of 1000 bottles with grapes from the farm, for tests and direct sales and you can also taste the wine from the harvest. A production and good year can be between 20,000/30,000kg. There are options if they do not want to go into production immediately the grapes can be sold to local cooperatives who will either produce or sell onto the local supermarkets or sell to Reveron, the largest producer on Tenerife. The average price received last year was 1.60€ per kilo. The vines are of the LISTAN and ALBILLO variety (all white grapes). At this moment no feasibility study has been carried out. The business has all the equipment for production and is being sold completely.
